Jim and Christiana Herbert

Hi! We're a husband and wife team. We work individually and together to help others create the lives of their dreams. We teach group workshops, coach individuals and couples, and speak extensively. 

For fun, how about a few random things about us?

- Jim, a Detroit native, is an accomplished martial artist and recovering runner. The recovery took him to yoga class and he was hooked. He's taught yoga for over 15 years and is passionate about helping others try this ancient practice in new ways. When he's not "on the mat," Jim can be found outdoors, staying active or unwinding with a glass of wine. He's always cheering for Detroit sports teams and loves hockey season. Catch his blog at .

- Christiana, better known as , has been working as a Creative for as long as she can remember! She loves minions, Ugly Dolls, and silly cat photos and maintains that a childlike wonderment and sense of humor are key to enjoying life. She has a voracious appetite for knowledge and spends a lot of time reading. A lifelong crusader, she staged her first environmental picket line at 8 when her parents cut down a tree.
